ENROLLING WITH US FOR AFTER-SCHOOL CARE

Before your children can attend, either regularly or casually, we need to receive a completed enrolment form. These are available from us (either in person or by downloading the document above), and from the Northland School Office.
Completed enrolment forms can be returned to us (either physically or via our email address, nkc.jan@gmail.com), or left at the Northland School Office for us to pick up. We will always confirm your enrolment, so if you don't hear from us, please get in touch.
If you're enrolling your children for casual attendance, once we've received your enrolment form, all you need to do is contact us or leave a message at the Northland School Office to let us know when your children are coming.
If your children haven't come to Kidz Club before, they're very welcome to visit before they come. Just contact us to arrange a time; visits are not charged for. If you're unable to visit before your children come, and if your children go to Northland School, please either introduce your children to us when we're meeting the children at Northland School, or ask their teacher to bring them to us on the first day they come.

FEES
FOR REGULARS
A regular booking is when your children are coming for at least one day a week. You'll need to pay for the booking, whether your children come or not. You'll also need to pay two weeks in advance. The fee for a regular booking is $16 per child per afternoon. (If three or more children from the same family are booked in on the same day, the charge for the third and subsequent children is $9 per child per afternoon.) If your children are already booked in for regular days and you'd also like them to come on an extra day, you'll still be charged the regular rate.
FOR CASUALS
A casual booking is when you book your children to come on a particular day. You'll only be charged if your children actually come and you'll need to pay on the day they're attending. The fee for a casual booking is $20 per child per afternoon. (If three or more children from the same family are booked in casually on the same day, the charge for the third and subsequent children is $11 per child per afternoon.)

HELP WITH PAYING FEES
- WINZ (Work and Income New Zealand) will provide a subsidy for fees, if you meet their criteria. Please check their website, (www.workandincome.govt.nz). We have application forms at Northland Kidz Club, if you need them.
- IRD (the Inland Revenue Department) has a scheme called “Working for Families” which gives you tax credits, again if you meet their criteria. Please check their website (www.ird.govt.nz).
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, internet banking or automatic payments. Cash or cheque payments can be made at Northland Kidz Club, or left at the Northland School Office (in an envelope labelled “Northland Kidz Club”) for us to pick up.
